Upload logos, images (in EPS, SVG, AI, or PNG), fonts, or even your own mockups via the 'Files' tab in your order overview to help us design your branded products.
Click the 'Design Brief' tab in your order overview to give detailed design instructions. Tell us your preferences for logo size, placement, color, or anything else you'd like.
Our team will provide you with digital mockups of your products. Choose the one you like best for each product or tell us what needs changing via the 'Design Brief' tab.
After selecting a mockup, our team will prepare a stylesheet for your approval. It outlines item quantity, colors, and logo size. Please review it promptly so your order can move to production.

The design process typically takes 5 working days – from placing the order to finalizing the stylesheet. However, this timeline can extend depending on when you provide your brief and approve the mockups and stylesheet. Therefore, please make sure to do these things in a timely manner, so your products can move to product quickly.
Yes, our designers take over the design process and help you create products that meet your branding goals. After you provided the design brief and uploaded your brand assets, the team will create mockups, help you find the right Pantone color, or may suggest customization options (add-ons) to enhance the branding impact.
Please upload vectorized files. This includes AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS (Encapsulated PostScript), PDF (Portable Document Format), and SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics). If you have any other file type, please check with our designers if they can work with this file format.
If you don't have a clear design vision, don't worry! Contact our design team and schedule a meeting with them. They are experienced in creating suitable product designs based on your brand identity. They can guide you through the process, ask questions to learn more about your preferences and brand identity, and then make suggestions that fit your project. Just let us know that you need assistance with the design, and we'll be happy to help you.
We have a dedicated team of designers available from the moment you place your order. You have the option to book a design call with your designer if you wish to discuss any design preferences outside of the chat on the platform.
Unfortunately, we don't offer custom artwork for your product branding. Instead, we work with your logo, brand color(s), or other assets that you can prove to create unique products that speak your brand language.
