Our production time - including the design phase - is between 4 and 8 weeks. We recommend that you order your items no later than mid October to make sure you (or your stakeholders) receive your Christmas gifts on time.
There are 3 easy steps to ordering with us. First, you choose your products, define the amount, leave a design brief (the design brief is optional but recommended), and confirm your order. Second, our design team will work closely with you to create your customized merchandise designs. Third, once you are 100% happy with your designs, your merchandise goes into production.
No, you can decide which items you would like to order - be it products from our Christmas shop or from our general catalog. In addition, you can customize all packaging and box content.
We are very flexible. Shipping addresses can be amended right up until we ship your order. If you are not sure where your order needs to be delivered to, you can just add a general address and let us know the exact address once you are sure. Generally though, we can ship to as many locations you need.
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping through DHL GoGreen, which is completely climate-neutral. Shipping within Germany takes between 1 and 5 days, within Europe 10 to 14 days, and international shipments can take between 3 and 5 weeks. However, Christmas is usually a very busy time for DHL, and this means that delays can happen. Therefore, make sure you order with plenty of time in advance.

We offer different sizes for certain textile and fashion items (e.g. hoodies, jackets, laptop sleeves, slides etc.). You can just order the sizes you need. Other products, such as socks, are unisize.
After placing your order, our design team will work closely with you to create your customized merchandise. Once you are 100% happy with the design, your order will move to production and will be ready for delivery about 4 to 6 weeks later.
